ME Self Help Meetings
Meetings for people with ME can be both therapeutic and a source of comfort for those who may feel isolated at times. Sometimes these meetings can be combined with a specific therapy, such as yoga, mindfulness, art therapy, and others. The best way to arrange these type of self help group meetings is to have somebody co-ordinate the gatherings and for that reason they can be difficult to organise outside of the main populated areas.
